Liturgy Group

The members of St Joseph's Liturgy Group come together to promote the Catholic life of our school and represent all members of our community. We meet at key points of the Liturgical year to evaluate our current practice and share ideas on ways to enhance the Catholic life of our school. It is an integral way of including and acting on the opinions, thoughts and ideas of our children.

Our tasks range from evaluating the way in which our Catholic faith is expressed physically in the school building to reflecting on the best way to learn in R.E lessons. As our members are drawn from UKS2, they are also tasked with the responsibility of maintaining the prayer areas in classrooms and supporting the teachers in this.

Our members are proud to be ambassadors of the Catholic Faith and to play an important role in how we live out our faith as a school.
